Join us for our Harvest Dinner Fundraiser to support the Cavendish Community and Conservation Association. The meal is lovingly prepared with as much locally sourced ingredients as possible from the Cavendish community of food producers.
Attendees may choose from one of three entrees:
- Lamb Moussaka
Lamb from Moonlit Meadows
- Roasted Maple Glazed Quail
Quail from Cavendish Game Birds and Meadowbrook Farm
- Garden Spinach and Ricotta Enchiladas with Fresh Corn and Tomato Salsa
The side dish will be roasted zuchinni and potatoes and tossed salad. Dessert will be Honey Cake (Golden Stage Honey) or Wild Apple Gluten Free crisp.
Wine will be provided by Cavendish's own superb Brook Farm Vineyards.
There will be music by Bob Naess and Robin for the first 1/2 hour as you enjoy a glass of wine and a variety of appetizers. Seating is limited to 30 people. $30 per person. Hope you can join us; please contact Robin at email@example.com to reserve your space.
